Speedway Club Guest Services
For member and guest convenience, you may leave your cooler(s) or large bags(s) with the Club Concierge located at the ground-level entrance of Smith Tower. Also accepted are umbrellas and strollers. All packages are subject to search by security personnel.

Coolers
Coolers are not allowed in Smith Tower.  All coolers may be checked with our 1st floor Concierge Desk in Smith Tower. Clubhouse Seating, Club Suites, Club Restaurant and Lounge are all located within Smith Tower.

Coolers are not allowed in The Club Deck seating area, located in the Ford Grandstand (level 3-outdoor box seating).  

Coolers are allowed in the Veranda and New Veranda seating areas.  Coolers must be 14 x 14 inches or smaller.  No glass bottles are allowed.

Bag Checks
Please be ready to have your bags inspected at various Security Check Points.  All bags (including scanner bags) will be inspected at all Speedway Club entrances, including the 1st floor, 2nd floor (ticket office) and 3rd floor (concourse level).  Large bags are not be permitted.  You may leave your bag(s) at the 1st floor Concierge Desk.

The Speedway Club Dress Code:
Speedway Club members and guests are asked to meet our standard dress code at all times.

The Speedway Club Restaurant and Fifth Turn Lounge: The dress code consists of business casual/country club casual such as dress pants and capris, golf-style/walking shorts. In addition to the above, we will allow jeans, jean shorts, running shoes and casual shirts. No Screen printed t-shirts; undershirts; cut-off shorts; athletic wear; torn or tattered clothing; or beach style flip-flops.

Management has the right to define "appropriate" attire. Members are responsible for informing all guests about the dress code. There is a relaxation of the dress code within reason for children under 12. Please call 704-455-3216 for further questions and details.

Members and guests must meet dress code requirements to enter the following club areas:  The Speedway Club Restaurant and Lounge (6th floor), Club Suites (6th floor), Clubhouse Seating (5th floor), and Club Deck (located in the Ford Grandstand, level 3).

Food & Beverage Tabs
Tabs are a convenient way to allow your guests to charge their food and beverage purchases to your Speedway Club member account.  To set up a tab account for your guests contact Kim Steyling at 704-455-4457.

Speedway Club Member Charge Cards
Member cards are accepted in the Club Restaurant, Club Lounge, Club Suite bars, Clubhouse Seating, Fifth Floor concessions and bars and Club Deck bars.

Member cards are not accepted at CMS concession or souvenir stands.

To ensure that you Speedway Club purchases are applied toward your Club Restaurant minimum, be sure to use your Speedway Club member card at all Club outlets.

Pre-Race Pit Passes
Members and guests with PRE-ORDERED pre-race pit passes may pick up their pit passes on race day at the member services desk located in the valet parking area in front of Smith Tower.  EACH PERSON must sign for their pit pass and show photo ID.  All Speedway Club member pit passes must be pre-approved through the Club Sales office. Please see your confirmation letter for complete rules and regulations.
