No, membership is not required to hold an event. Members, however, do receive special discounts.

We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your desired date. Popular dates are often reserved over a year in advance.

Private events are held all year long and dates are subject to availability. Certain event spaces are not available on race days.

The Speedway Club hosts a variety of events throughout the year including corporate functions, weddings, holiday parties and social events.

Each event is unique and therefore will have a unique cost. Many factors will contribute to the overall cost including the room rental fee (differs based on the space), the type of event, and the date. Some events could also require a minimum spending amount. We have a fabulous catering menu designed to fit all types of events.  Our chefs and banquet staff can also help you customize a menu that will be perfect for your event.

Yes, with advanced notice our chefs are available to customize a menu that can meet any dietary needs you or your guests may have including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and kosher.

We welcome guests to bring in their own specialty cakes with prior approval; however, all other food and beverages must come from The Speedway Club.

Yes, you can book one of the Charlotte Motor Speedway tours for your private event.
